Teaching Students How to Make Healthy Decisions

Community Blueprint teamed up with the Hopkins One Voice Coalition to develop a marketing campaign that aimed to teach students in grades 4-6 about making healthy decisions. We developed an after school curriculum that was divided into four main sections:

  • Self-Awareness & Personality

  • Values, Role Models, & Dreams

  • Effects of Drugs, Alcohol & Media Representation

  • Roadblocks, Choices, Peer Pressure & Refusal Skills

Each section features interactive activities that teachers can use to engage their students and facilitate discussions about topics that are factors when a student may be considering using alcohol. Community Blueprint created the program curriculum and branding.
